Rehabilitation of an apartment in the Oller house, designed by Francesc Mitjans in 1941. This project represented a return to modernity after the spanish civil war. The house has 3 programmatic areas: the daytime area facing the street, with a large terrace that extends from one side to the other; the bedrooms on the rear façade, and a central area through which the house is accessed, where the kitchen and the service area are located. This intermediate area is the main object of the project, bringing the kitchen closer to the street façade and opening it to the daytime area.
